A seguito del ritiro di alcuni membri del consiglio direttivo, e in capo a quanto previsto dalle normative statutarie dell’associazione si rende necessario indire una assemblea straordinaria elettiva per i membri del consiglio direttivo. Pertanto si invitano tutti i soci che lo desiderano a proporre la loro candidatura alla carica di membro del consiglio direttivo e presidente dello stesso.

Ricordiamo che l’articolo 13 dello statuto prevede un minimo di 3 e un massimo di 7 consiglieri, compreso il presidente. Tutti gli incarichi sociali si intendono a titolo gratuito. Per ogni altra informazione fare riferimento allo Statuto sociale allegato.

L’assemblea elettiva è convocata per domenica 9 ottobre 2016 alle ore 10.00 in prima convocazione e alle ore 11.30 in seconda convocazione. Le candidature per le cariche saranno accettate sino alle ore 10.00 di domenica 9 ottobre 2016 e potranno essere comunicate tramite mail o via voce all’attuale presidente (Stefano Zanini) o al vice presidente (Marco Stegani).

Following the withdrawal of some members of the Governing Council of the association, and head to the provisions of the statutory regulations of the association it is necessary to call an extraordinary general meeting elective for the Governing Board. Therefore we invite all members who wish to propose their candidacies for the office of member of the board and president of the same.

We recall that Article 13 of the Statute requires a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 members, including the chairman. All social positions means free of charge. For further information please refer to the attached Articles of Association.

The elective assembly has been called for Sunday, October 9, 2016 at 10.00 in first convocation and at 11:30 in the second convocation. Nominations for the positions will be accepted up to 10:00 on Sunday, October 9, 2016 and will be notified via email or entry to the current president (Stefano Zanini) or Vice President (Marco Stegani).
