1. La richiesta di iscrizione deve essere inviata a tornei@quindicizero.it indicando le discipline a cui si vuole partecipare (singolo, doppio, …) e la categoria prevista dal tipo di torneo, entro la scadenza indicata.
2. I costi di iscrizione, viaggio e alloggio, se non comunicato diversamente dal Club, sono a carico degli atleti.
3. Per i minorenni i genitori devono comunicare via mail a tornei@quindicizero.it l’autorizzazione a partecipare alla gara e sono responsabili dell’accompagnamento. Nel caso che deleghino terzi (altri genitori o allenatori) all’accompagnamento e in caso di pernottamento è obbligatorio comunicare via mail il consenso.
4. Dopo che il Club ha finalizzato le iscrizioni la partecipazione al torneo è obbligatoria, è possibile il ritiro solo per problemi di salute giustificati da certificato medico. La Federazione in caso di assenza alla gara può applicare delle sanzioni.
5. Per semplificare le comunicazioni e l’organizzazione dei tornei (incluso gli spostamenti) consigliamo di iscriversi al canale dedicato.

1. The registration request must be sent to tornei@quindicizero.it indicating the disciplines you wish to participate in (singles, doubles, …) and the category required by the type of tournament, by the indicated deadline.
2. The registration, travel and accommodation costs, unless otherwise communicated by the Club, are the responsibility of the athletes.
3. For minors, parents must communicate via email to tornei@quindicizero.it the authorization to participate in the competition and are responsible for accompanying them. In the event that they delegate third parties (other parents or coaches) to accompany them and in the case of overnight stays, it is mandatory to communicate consent via email.
4. After the Club has finalized the registrations, participation in the tournament is mandatory, withdrawal is possible only for health problems justified by a medical certificate. The Federation may apply sanctions in the event of absence from the competition.
5. To simplify communications and the organization of tournaments (including travel) we recommend registering on the dedicated channel.
